We are aware that not all Landlords require their property to be fully managed so we have tailored two individual packages offering two different levels of management.

Diamond Service
Our Diamond Management Service package provides all levels of management apart from rent collection. This service includes:
- Organising gas safety check and certificate
- Organising inventory check in and check out
- Organising cleaning at the beginning and end of the tenancy agreement
- Organising electrical certificates, if needed.
- Informing utilities of new tenants and when old tenants leave (meter readings will be taken and noted on file)
- Liaising with tenants on landlord’s behalf.
- Dealing with redecoration or repair at a prior agreed capped limit
The fee for this package is 2.5% plus VAT
Platinum Service
Our Platinum Management Service package provides all levels of management including rent collection. This service includes:
- Monthly Rent Collection
- Monthly financial statement to Landlord
- Periodic inspections of your property
- Pay premiums of insurance, services charges and ground rent on behalf of the landlord.
- Handling insurance claims on behalf of landlord, at a fee of 5% of works
- Leasing with landlords accountant and inland revenue concerning tax liability
- Replacing any missing items at the end of the tenancy, at landlords cost.
- Organising gas safety check and certificate
- Organising inventory check in and check out
- Organising cleaning at the beginning and end of the tenancy agreement
- Organising electrical certificates, if needed.
- Informing utilities of new tenants and when old tenants leave (meter readings will be taken and noted on file)
- Liaising with tenants on landlord’s behalf.
- Dealing with redecoration or repair at a prior agreed capped limit
The fee for this package is 5% plus VAT
Out of Office Service
Whichever management package you chose, you will be safe with the knowledge that your tenants will have an out of office emergency number 365 days of the year, so as a landlord you never need to worry about those late night phone calls from tenants.
